Vacuum frying: way more healthy than you think!

No doubt deep-fried food is addictive; owing to its crispy nature, flavored with rich amounts of oil, salt, MSG, that stimulate euphoria. No matter how much we try to follow a healthy diet, snacking is just irresistible and unstoppable. This is why it is important that we consciously stock our homes with healthier snacks. And for this, you have to stop over the vacuum fried food aisle as you walk around the supermarket. Fruits and vegetables contain a lot of moisture. This makes it mandatory to boil the water in the ingredients and eliminate it to make the food items crispy. The dehydrating techniques that are commonly used to do this, like deep-frying, air-frying, and baking, require the ingredients to undergo high heat of 180-300֯ C. But in the case of a vacuum fryer, the food items are boiled in a low-pressure chamber to make them crispy.
